Refund and Return policy

At Moxipak.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
a) Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
b) The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
c) Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
a) Gift card
b) Clearance or final sale item
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
a) Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
b) Include your order number and a photo of the item in question.
c) We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including return shipping costs).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Processing
a) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b) If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
c) Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
a) First check your bank account or payment method.
b) Then contact your bank or card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
