Delivery Area

Moxipak currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Moxipak is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

You may provide Authority to Leave during checkout. Please note that Moxipak is not liable for any loss or theft of parcels with ATL selected.
